MY STORY

My name is Carlos Alvarez.

I am first-generation Mexican American, born in York, Pennsylvania and spent my formative years

in the Chicago Area.

I am currently working at WVIT NBC Connecticut, in Hartford.

I hope that the voice I have, no matter how small, can touch somebody, inspire them, and and bring them joy.

I will continue to improve skills, to better tell the stories of those who need it most.
